big subscription campaign. A special subscription price of $1
per year is made for the duration of this campaign only,
which ends on Saturday, September 5, 1936.

As a Candidate in the Subscription Campaign of
HERE ARE THE SIMPLE
T o be considered an active
candidate and win a prize,
each entry will be expected
to turn in at least two sub
scriptions on every Wednes
day and every Saturday, which
shall be known as report days.
Candidates are positively re
quired to turn in all subscrip
tions they have on report day.
(Every Wednesday and every
Saturday.)
Prizes must be won in ac
cordance with the conditions
of the campaign and no can
didate will be promised a cer
tain prize for so many sub
scriptions or so much money.
Candidates may secure sub
scriptions any place or from
any one. Candidates will not
be confined uo their own town
or neighborhood in which to
secure subscriptions but each
will be given votes for all
subscriptions she turns In.
Cash must accompany all
orders where votes are de
sired.
The management reserves
the right to add to these
rules for the mutual protec
tion and interests of this
newspaper and the candi
dates. The right is also re
serve to increase and add to
the list of prizes.
Winners will be announced
by the judges and their de
cision will be final.
