Notice of Sale by County of Limited Interest in Real Property Pursuant to the provisions of Section 86-143, Oregon Compiled Laws Annotated, as amended .by Oregon Laws 1943, Chapter 214, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on th* 19th day of Feb ruary, 1945, at the hour of two o’clock p.m., at the door of the County Courthouse of the County of Columbia, in the City of St. Helens in said county, there will be sold to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the interest hereinafter described in the real property hereinafter described. Said sale is to be made pursuant to an order of the County Court of Columbia of Oregon, made on the 17th day of January, 1945. The minimum price as fixed County Court for which such interest may be sold is the sum of $14,394.34. County, State by tne said Payment of the full price bid must be made at the time of acceptance of bid, either in cash or by certified check or checks or partly in cash and partly by certified check or checks. In addi tion thereto, the purchaser must, within fifteen (15) days after acceptance of bid and before the conveyance to him, furnish a bond in the name of thp County, approved by the County Judge, with a duly qualified corporate surety, conditioned on performance by the purchaser of the provisions of paragraph 6 of the conditions hereinafter set forth and compliance by the purchaser with the other conditions hereinafter set forth, said bond t> be in an amount at least equal to the amount bid or the sum of sixty thousand dollars ($60,OJO), whichever is the greater, but if in an amount more than the amount bid, it may contain a provision that, from and after performance by the pur chaser of the drilling provided for in said paragraph 6, the amount of the bond shall be reduced to an amount equal to the amount of the bid.
