Stone has paid taxes on said premises for subsequent years as follows: for the year 1915, paid May 28, 1918, tax receipt No. 8352, $15.84; for the year 1916, paid May 28, 1918, tax receipt No. 7792, $16.39; for the year 1917, first half paid May 28, 1918, tax receipt No. 4699, $10.78; for the year 1917, last half paid January 10, 1919, tax re ceipt No. 7240, $11.84; for the year 1918, paid November 5. 1919, tax receipt No. 7087, $24.63; for the year 1919, paid October 1, 1920, tax receipt No. 5960, $31.77, and that he will pay before decree Is entered herein taxes for the year 1920 which have been levied against the prop erty in the sum of $33.46, with in terest on one-half thereor at I per cent monthly from April 5, 1921, to gether with accruing interest and penalties provided by law up to the time of the decree and that the cer tificates of delinquency held by said Stone, provide that the sums paid by him on account thereof and the subsequent tax payments shall b-ar interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum from date of such pay- ments until redeemed.
