gravel pit in section 25. tp. 3 north,
range 10 west, under tbe following con­
ditions : Al| gravel must fie of a good
quality of river or creek gravel to be
placed on said road as may be directed
by the county court or its representative.
The work must be comvleted on or be­
fore Oct. 1st, 1908. Bids must be sub­
mitted at so much per cubic yard on the
above work, and to be filed with the
county clerk on or before 9 o'clock a.m.
August 5th, 1908.
All work must be
done to the satisfaction of the court and
the right being reserved to reject any
