the above entitled case on or before the ex­
piration of six weeks from tlie date of the
first publication of this aummons, and if you

$3,902.05, being balance due for lumber
sold and delivered to you by plaintiff at Till­
amook County. Oregon, on or about March
26th, 1907, in the sum of $1,331.57 and the
further sutn of $2,570.4« for lumber sold and
delivered to you by plaintiff at Tillamook
County, Oregon, on or about July 9th,
1907, all at the special instance and request
of the said W. J. Woodside, and that all of
your right, title and interest in and to the
said Schooner San Buena Ventura, and the
cargo of lumber now thereon consisting of
about two hundred thousand feet of mer­
chantable lumber, and which have been
attached in said cause by virtue of a writ of
attachment duly issued therein, and said
attacl nient having been made by the Sheriff
of Tillam >ok County, Oregon, be sold for
the purpose of satisfying any judgment
which the plaintifi may recover against you
in said cause.

H. F. Goodspecd, Judge of Tillamook
County, Oregon made July 31st, 1907. di­
