write to you. Ou the way down we had
good bunka and plenty to eat, for the
people in Woodburn and Salem gave uh
all we wanted to eat and more to«>, also
the State gave uh $1.50 to buy with on

We are clear out of town. We got

and wherever the strain comes on the
hawser it pulls ths raft together. On the
ocean by this means the raft is tight
