Myles Doran, of Little Rock, Arkan­
sas, wants to know of the whereabouts
of his two daughters, Margaret Ellen
and Rachel Alice Doran, 22 and 24 years

went from Portland to Tillamook eight
or ten years ago. It is said the girls
have inherited considerable property

There was a hotly contested lawsuit
before Judge Sappington last Saturday,
lasting until midnight. Dr. Wiley sued
James Mariner for |70 for attending

nied that Dr. Wiley had done any good
and asked for $250 damages. Home tuns

be done for the leg while he was beat­
ing it and that the Mariners weie care­
less and did not follow bis instructions.
The Mariners dispute this, and tlieie
was a great deal of conflicting testi­
mony. Neighbors of the Mariners were
introduced who swore they bad a bad
reputation for truth and veracity. The
amputated leg was dug up and offered
as evidence The jury after a few min­
utes delllreration gave a verdict in favor
of Dr. Wiley for the amount be claimed.
