Daniel, of Sheridan, Yamhill county, Oregon, executed and delivered t< Rus sell Ac Co., an incorporated company, a Chattel Mortgage on one 4O H Self contained Boiler No 52O4 and Engine No 5320: one left hand heavy Double Saw Mill no . 1805. with two 48 in. Chisel Tooth Disston saws one tubular axle log Truck, together with all shafting, pul leys, boxes, belting, tools and fixtures belong ing to or with the above mentioned machinery; which said mortgage was mudc to secure the payment of four promissory note« dated March 26, 1890; one due July i, 1890, for $700.00; one due January 1, 189I, forfroo.oo; one due July 1. ¡89i, for $7<,o 00, and one due January 1, 1892 for $700.00 each bearing interest at lo per cent, per annum from date; and Whereas, the said I’. A. Syron and I.
