leys, boxes, belting, tools and fixtures belong
ing to or with the above mentioned machinery;
which said mortgage was mudc to secure the
payment of four promissory note« dated March
26, 1890; one due July i, 1890, for $700.00; one due
January 1, 189I, forfroo.oo; one due July 1. ¡89i,
for $7<,o 00, and one due January 1, 1892 for $700.00
each bearing interest at lo per cent, per annum
from date; and
Whereas, the said I’. A. Syron and I. D Daniel
have failed to pay all of said indebtedness,
there being due the ist day of August, 1895. the
sum of <49’93 on the last* note above men
tioned; ami
Whereas, the said amount is now due and pay
able, the said Russell it < o. elected to foreclose
said Mortgage and has taken possession of said
mortgaged property and now holds the same
according to the terms of said Chattel Mortgage;

Whereas, said Mortgage provides that it may
be foreclose«! by selling the property aforesaid
at publie auction upon giving one week's notice
in a newspaper of general circulation iu said
county.
Now. Therefore, Take Notice, that on the 13th
day of August, 1895, at C. F. Hobart's mill, on
Netarts bay. said property will be sold at jaiblie
auction to the highest bidder for cash, said sale
commencing at the hour of 2 o’clock p. iu. and
continuing until all the property is sold; and
thus the mortgage will be foreclosed unless the
property is sooner redeemed by the payment of
