Various parties are making out slates, prophesying tile result of the election. Now these are the actual figures given by two politicians, and judging from the difference in some instances, no doubt somebody will be badly disappointed. Senator Maxwell has received a fitter from Mr Guild, republican candidate for joint representative, ami he requests us io say that Mr. Guild is sick, and for that reason has been unable to visit Tillamoox He promises, if elected, however, to come to Tillamook and get acquainted with the people before assum ing the duties of his office. It is a fact that Stod dard, the owner if the Advocate, voted in the republican primary, claiming he had nothing to do with the paper.
