This paper runs no “dead ad’s,” has no "dead head” subreribers, pays its way as it goes, and expects those who have business transactions w ith it to do the same. This is the only way in which to conduct n newspaper and make it permanent and successful. The H eadlight has a flourishing business and is on a sound financial basis, hence it is under no obligation to anybody and is free to cut as it pleases.
