July 6 – Criminal Mischief on Mist Dr. when a window was egged and broken. July 7 – Brian Foss, 19, Toledo, cited for MIP alcohol on Bridge St.; released at scene. – Casey Loving, 19, Vernonia, cited for MIP alcohol on Bridge St.; released at scene. – Three Vernonia juveniles re- ferred to Juvenile Dept. for Pos- session of Marijuana on Pebble Creek Rd.; released to parents. July 8 – Criminal Mischief on Bridge St. after window found bro- ken. July 9 – Ricky Bartholomew, 36, Vernonia, cited for Disorderly Con- duct and Animal Abuse II on Rose Ave.; taken by ambulance to hospi- tal after self-inflicted injury, then re- leased. July 15 – Located a 14 yr-old fe- male down a 60 ft embankment south of Vernonia, off Linear Trail; VRFPD performed rope-rescue, victim taken by Life Flight to Emanuel Hospital; in fair condition on July 16.
