Christopher Mathew, 19, Ver- nonia, pled guilty to PCS less than 1 oz; $500 FF&A. Pled guilty to Criminal Mischief II; 1 yr probation, restitution to victim, no contact with victim, $1206.82 FF&A. John Robert Brinton, 57, Rainier, pled guilty to DUII; 1 yr ODL revocation, 45 days jail, 2 yrs probation, $472 FF&A. Traffic............................ 14 Marine........................... 2 Department of Justice Ronald “Rick” Richard Berkan, Jr., 46, Vernonia, was arrested March 1, following an indictment by a federal grand jury on two counts of Distributing Marijuana to an Underage Individual. An indoor marijuana growing operation and approximately five (5) pounds of marijuana were seized from his home.
