The proposed area to be vacat ed is described as follows: That 60 x 100 foot portion of East Avenue in East Side Addition to Vernonia in the City of Vernonia, Columbia County lying North of C Street between lot 12, Block 3 and lot 7, Block 2 of said East Side Addition. This public hearing is governed by Vernonia Ordinance 711 and ORS 271.005 through 271.170. Vacation pro ceedings were initiated by petition of Jeff Peyton pursuant to ORS 271.080 on September 20, 2004. A staff report will be available to be copied for a nominal fee. All new issues must have been raised in the first public hearing held be fore Planning Commission November 18, 2004.
