E lig ibility is determ ined based on incom e at 25 0 -p e rce n t of po verty level, an d priorities are set for w om en o ve r age 50. S creening includes a clin ica l breast exam , in struction ab out self breast exam s, pelvic exam and Pap sm ear, and m am m ogram .
