Man charged with violations of child pornography laws Vernonia Police Depart ment, the Federal Bureau of In vestigation and U.S. Customs arrested Samuel John Brewer, 59, Vernonia, at his Grant Av enue home, April 1, 2003. The federal grand jury war rant ordered Brewer's arrest on federal charges including pos session of child pornography, and transmitting child pornog raphy.
