T he purpose of the revision w as to reorganize con ten t in a m o re lo g ic a l fo rm a t, c la rify vague language and in co rp o rate changes in law m ade by the 2001 Legislature. R em oval-F ill perm its g e n e r ally are needed to rem ove o r fill 50 cubic yards or m ore of m a terial in w aters of the state.
