Measure 66 speci fied that 15 percent of lottery proceeds be used for water shed enhancement and main- The North C oast Small Grant Team, a partnership of local watershed councils and soil and w ater conservation dis tricts, is accepting applications for watershed restoration pro jects that cost less than $10,000. Each Small Grant Team has $100,000 to award to low-cost projects through June, 2003. Projects eligible for funding are: In-stream , riparian and wetland native fish habitat im provement and native fish pas sage barrier removal.
