This includes services to Am ericans provided at U.S. Embassies and C onsulates abroad, as well as the passport application process at home. The application fee for first time adult customers will in crease from $60 to $85. The fee for minors under age 16 will increase from $40 to $70. The adult renewal application fee will increase from $40 to $55.
