Beginning June 1, Land De velopment Services will require submission of an exemption application which more accu rately demonstrates that the farm agricultural building is lo cated on a farm. The criteria for determining that the building is located on a farm will consist of either documentation of farm income of at least $650 for the first five acres and $100 for each acre over five acres, or documentation that the proper ty on which the agricultural building is to be placed has been granted a farm deferral by the Tax Assessor. hall meetings April 24, in St. Helens and Clatskanie.
