After the presenta tion of evidence and arguments, the pub lic hearing record will be closed. The Commission will then make a tentative decision to be followed by ap proval of a written order and a statement of findings and conclusions supporting the decision, which will be mailed to all parties at a later date. The Commission may, at its descretion, continue the hear ing from time to time at the request of the parties or on its own motion as neces sary to afford substantial justice and comply with the law. Equivalent to high school plus broad special training equal to two years college and over five years experience in the plumbing in dustry and general construction, or any satisfactory combination of ex perience and training that demon strates ability to perfoim duties.
