Chessman Journalism Scholarship to the University of Oregon. Dead line for applications is Friday, April 24. Chessman Journalism Scholarship pays tuition for a journalism major at the University of Oregon. The scholarship is open to Astorian-Budget and member of the Oregon Legislature.
