From all parts of the county come the re|>orts that large delegations will be sent. The meeting of the Water l'*ers' Association on Fri day afternoon will be devoted largely to the discussion of matters pertaining to the best interests of the reclamation system. The amen Iment to the by law s to change the time of holding the tegular annual meeting will be tbe most important matter to come up for con sideration as far as is known. However, other things of importance may come up and it will be well for every me mber ol the association to lie on hand. No regular program will be arranged for the institute before hand. The pre sent plans provide for Dr. Whitycombe's illustrated lecture Friday night and tbe next dav tbe program will lie arranged t > suit those who are to take |>art in it. There is every assurance that the s' --ion will lx- a success and all that is needed is the full attendance of the far mers an t stock raisers of this county in order to get a great deal of benefit from the meeting.
