He has petitioned the court for a divorce and for custody of the minor children. Yesterday Circuit Judge A. L. Leavitt Issued an o&aer restraining Mrs. Crapser from interfering with her husband or his property. JACKSONVILLE. Fla.. Oct. 17. (I'nfced Press I Two-hundred pasgencers and members of the crew of the Clyde liner Comanche were safely removed from the ves sel tonight when fire which broke out in the engine room threatened to destroy the ship. Responding to radio signals of distress of the Tens Oil company tanker, the F. L. Reaper raced to th scene and removed the pas sengers. The captain then ordered the ship abandoned as the fire gained headway. The passengers and the crew left the ship without any disorder. Several fire fighting tugs res ponded from Jacksonville and were attempting to save the vessel from total destruction. The fire was discovered about 12 miles off Mayport. Fla. The ahip was bound for the north and comparatively few passengers were on board.
