It is unfortunate, however. that the railroad committee's;' report was antagonistic in tone ' -toward the Southern Pacific, although we do not believe it was so intended. It is our best j opinion that the way to get railroads built is by co-operation rather than by causing re sentment of railroad executives who, after all, are only human beings like the rest of us.
