Simpson, Klamath Kails, are parents of the bridegroom. The wedding took place in St. Pius X Catholic Church with the Rev. David J. H a z e n officiating at the 2:30 afternoon double ring ceremony, Altar floralabra held tall white tapers with blue, white and ycl low daisies and gladioli. Rib' bon and bows marked the white1 covered aisle. Leona Ormsby was the organ-1 ist. Soloists were Mrs. Elida Leg- get and Robert Gion. Ths bride was escorted to lhe altar and given in marriage by her father. Her gown, import ed from Switzerland, was fash ioned of pure silk embroidered or ganza with short train. The skirt was modified bell shape with soft fullness at the sides and in back The neckline and short sleeves were finished in scallops. A flower petal crown secured the water fall veil of illusion. Her bouquet of roses was centered with white orchids. Bianca Pastcga, Mount Shasta, aunt of the bride, was maid of' honor. Nancy Wise and Sharon Hathmachcr, both of Klamath, Falls, were bridesmaids. The attendants wore long for mal gowns of blue taffeta with three quarter sleeves and scoop necklines. holt pleats in back gave fullness to the bell shape K 1 r t s. Matching headdresses were daisies with brief veils. Sterling Steele, this citv. was best man. Ted Steiner was groomsman. Ushers were t h e bride's brothers, Gary Pastega, Kenneth Pastcga and Dennis Pas tega, Corvallis. Lisa Pastega, 2-year-old sister of the bride, was flower girl. vicKy Shultz attended the ouesl book. For her daughter's wedding. Mrs. Pastega chose a hosted peach satin brocade sheath, white feathered hat and white acces sories. Mrs. Simpson wore a blue taltcta brocade dress with match-1 ing accessories. Both mothers had white orchid corsages. After the church ceremony guests adjourned to the new Na-1 tional Guard Armory where the bridal couple were toasted with ble was a solid panel of green cry. Her husband, also a hUHS graduate, is employed bv ine I'epsi-ioia Company in Cor vallis where they will make their home. . Her bouquet was white carnations and pink rose buds. Best man w as James Kantola of McCall. traditional wedding music was played by Elizabeth Greaves. Beauty baskets of pink carna tions, and white stock and white candlelabra were used for the wedding. The bride's mother wore a shaded beige lace sheath dress with orange accessories and an orange rosebud corsage. The bridegroom's mother wore a pink lace sheath dress with matching jacket, white accessories and a corsage of white rosebuds. The bride is a graduate of McCall - Donnelly High School and presently employed by an insur ance company in McCall. The bridegroom is a graduate of Bonanza High School and will be a senior this fall at College of Idaho. Following the ceremony a re ception was held for the 35 guests Pouring was Mrs. Thomas O'Con nor and serving the cake was Mrs. M. E. Hoff. Patty O'Con nor, sister of the bridegroom, was in charge of the guest book. For traveling the bride wore a turquoise suit with while acces sories and a white corsage. Alter a honeymoon trip to Sun Valley, the young couple are at home at McCall, until September when they will move to Caldwell. Couple Wed In Nevada A recent nuptial service in Carson City united in maniage Barbara Hurt of Medford and Albert Gunn Jr., Klamath Falls. The newlyweds ire now residing in Columbus. Ga., where he is stationed with the Army. Mr. and Mrs. H. Hurt, Med ford, are parents of the bride. The bridegroom is the son 6f Mrs Ora Gunn, Klamath Falls. The marriage of Christine Annl Sather, daughter of Mr. and Mrs, T. C. Sather, Medford, and Wil- lard Dale Turner, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Turner, Klamath Falls, was solemnized June 15 in t. Mark's Episcopal Church in Medford. Altar decorations for the 8 p m ceremony, officiated by the Rev, George R. V. Bolster, were bas ket arrangements of white stock, gladioli and spider chrysanthe mums. Pews were marked with white satin bows. The bride was given in mar nage by her tamer. Her lloor length gown of silk organza and imported Chantilly lace over taf feta was designed with a fitted bodice. The skirt was bell-shaped, in front with overskirt of lace in full shepherdess back with chapel train. A cap of Chantilly lace and taffeta embroidered with pearls secured the bouffant veil with butierfly lace veil of silk il lusion. She carried a cascade bou-j quet of stephanotis and sterling silver i roses. The attendants wore identical floor length gowns of cherry pink nvlon sheer over taffeta. They were fashioned with fitted bodices and skirts with controlled fullness and shepherdess backs accented by self-material bows. Dior head bows made by Mrs. Sather, matched their dresses and they carried crescents of shattered! hite carnations with white gla-j melias. Monica Sctty was maid of hon-l or. Sheryl unnstian ana raren H a w 1 e y, Giants Pass, were bridesmaids. Sara Sather. sister of the bride, was a junior bridesmaid. Best man was "Earl Bradford. Klamath Falls, and ushers were Arnold Myers, Eugene, and David Patterson, Douglas Pylcs and Gene Simons, all of Klamath Falls. oca Mrs. Earnest Conrad was the organist and accompanist t o r Robert Blanton who sang The, Lord's Prayer" and "The Wed ding Prayer." Following the ceremony, the ap proximately 200 wedding guests attended the wedding reception! at Rogue Valley Country Club. Tables were covered with Vene tian lace cloths. Decorations fol lowed the wedding theme with white roses, stock and spider chrysanthemums. Mrs. David Patterson attended the guest book and Jenny Dickey and Marian Parsons were at the gift table. Mrs. Sather wore for the occa sion a pale green silk dress w ith matching accessories. Mrs. Tur ner was dressed in a bone silk sheath accented with turquoise accessories. Both mothers had orchid corsages. The new Mr. and Mrs. Turner honeymooned in San Francisco and Carmel before returning to Klamath Falls to make their home. For traveling (lie bride changed to a cherry pink knit suit with white accessories and a white cymbidium orchid corsage. Mrs. Turner, graduate of Med ford High School, attended South ern Oregon College and was re cently employed at the Med ford Clinic. The bridegroom is a graduate of Klamath Union High School and attended SOC also. This fall he will enroll at Oregon Technical Institute.
