KB A As Summer Track Program Gets Underway The Klamath Basin Athletic As sociation's summer track pro gram got underway at Modoc Field Tuesday afternoon with three events being run off un der age brackets and with some 35 participants taking part in the opening events. There were three events run off Tuesday and Thursday's meet will include the broad jump and high jump. There will be meets every Tuesday and Thursday so athletes wishing to take part can keep watching this sports sec tion lor word of when his or her special event is coming up. This was the first phase of the summer program which the KBAA hopes to conclude with taking a team to the Emerald ljmpire Athletic Association 1EEAA1 meet in Eugene in Au gust.
