Bonifay Yancey, Pomona mas ter, welcomed an honored guest Mrs. Grace Stork, Klamath Falls, District No. 5 juvenile matron. and introduced the masters of tliel subordinate granges present. The candidates represented the grang es of Agency Lake, Merrill, Mid land, Lost River, Shasta View and Upper Klamath. Bill Novotny is the captain of tlie Pomona drill team which per formed the drills with grace and precision, adding to the degree work of the order. He presented corsages to women of the drill team. Jonasson of the Linfield College History Department. Stu dents taking the tour for college credit will attend two hour lec tures daily oil ship to and from Europe. They will also keen diaries of their travels and will write papers during tho return trip the last of August. The group will visit England, Scotland, Wales, Holland, Denmark, Belgium, Ger many, Austria, Liechenstein. Swit zerland. Italy and France. Some students may also visit Copenhag en, Stockholm and Rome. William Bigler and Larry Jack son were listed on tlie spring semester Dean's List at Pacific University. Margaret Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merit Smith, fin ished her final semester at Marvl- hurst College with a perfect 4 point average. She will teach health and physical education in a Portland high school nest year. Marilyn Alter received a master of arts degree from the Univer sity of New Mexico at the col-!i u-gc s nsi annual commencement on June 14. of Dental Medicine degrees on June 13. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil West. Buhl. The Rev. Carl Losser ncrformeH me aouDic ring rites. The bride wore a white two piece linen suit w ith turquoise ac cessories for her marriage. A white flowered hat was briefly veiled and she carried pink car nations on a white Bible with tur quoise streamers. Charlene Schrader. maid of hon or, wore a turquoise suit with white accessories and her bou quet was of pink carnations. Jack West, brother of the bride groom, wa3 best man. Mrs. Rodriguez selected for her daughter's wedding a navy blue sun wun Dlue and black acces sories. Mrs. West wore a blue and white print dress with white ac cessories. Both mothers had white carnation corsages. Following the wedding a din ner for the families of the courie was held at the home of the bride groom's parents. Later the newlv- weds left for a trip to Klamath rails and Portland. While in this city, friends and relatives of the bride were guest at a reception in Uieir honor at the Rodriguez home. A three tier wedding cake was decorated with pink and topped by wedding bells. Tlie bride was graduated (rom Henley High School and attended Southern Idaho College.
