The University of Alabama1 served notice Wednesday that It will seek the legal removal o( ithreo Negro students from the 'campus until racial tensions in Alabama ease. ' The university board of trustees notified the federal district court ;'iere that It intends to appeal the; rejection of a motion before U.S. District Judge H. II.
