William Marshall as chair man assisted by Mrs. Jack Nieol and Mrs. William Cunningham. Delightful decora tions of paper roses in yellow and orange shades were used on the tables, in hanging bpskets and as an arch behind the head table where this group is seated. Highlight of the afternoon was the introduction of Warren Wilder ( Lefty Wild Eagle) as Klamath County Cow Belle Father of the Year. Anniversary Is Observed LANGELL VALLEY Mr. and Mrs. Leland Harris were hop ored May 14, their 40th wedding anniversary, at a buffet supperj arranged by members of Mrs Harris' bridge club. The couple was married at the home of the bride parents, Mr, and Mrs. Calvin Harris In Ash land. The Rev. John Miller of the Baptist Church officiated. A bird cage decorated with sweet peas held a monetary gift to the couple from their friends. Seated at the head table with Mr. and Mrs. Harris were her mother, Mrs. Mao Gale, their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Harris, and their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Albert. Trusty of this city is the news of their son s wedding in Berkeley Spring, W. Va. on April 13. Charles T. (Ted) Trusty and Linda Braithwaite exchanged marriage vows in Trinity Evan gelical United Brethren Church in a ceremony read by the Rev. Carroll Jay. White gladioli and white tapers decorated the altar for the six o'clock ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert L. Braith waite and was given in marriage by her father. She wore an in termission length gown of fine lace over satin fashioned with portrait neckline and bell-shaped skirt accented by a pleated cum merbund and obi bow. A shoulder length veil of Illusion was held in place by a crown of pearls and crystals. She carried a white Bible with an arrangement of white orchids and satin streamers. Donna Rae Perry, Cumberland, maid of honor, wore a blue bro cade sheath with single white rose headpiece and brief veil. Rita D Atri and Betsy Corn- well, both of Cumberland, brides maids, wore frocks styled iden tically to that ol the maid ol honor in a light green hue and harmonizing single rose head pieces. All attendants carried! matching colonial bouquets. j Cathy Jamison wore a white organdy dress and carried a bas ket of rosebuds for her role as flower girl. Gregory Henry was the ring bearer. Organ music was played by Mrs. David Fraiicr. She also accompanied the bride's brother. Gayle Braithwaite, who was the soloist. John Hammcll was best man and ushers were Warren Bessig and Felici Vitale. All are airmen at Langley Air Force Base where the bridegroom is also stationed as airman first class. A reception was held a.'ter the ceremony in the church parlors. Later the bridal pair lelt lor a wedding trip to southern Virginia. The new Mrs. Trusty wore for traveling a beige suit with match ing accessories and tiie orchid Irom her bridal bouquet. The newlyweds are now at home at 430 North Washington Street in Berkeley Springs.
