Guardian Neighbor Thelma Roller was escorted to the camp fire by her husband where she was presented red roses and the gavel by Lorene Robinson and Juanita Carlson. Mrs. Fred Rueck was in charge of the program and Mrs. Cecil Haley arranged the daisies and daffodils on the tables and man tel. Mrs. Ernest Givan gave two interesting book reports, "The Pa vilion of Women" by Pearl Buck and "We, The Living" by Amy Rand. Jean Fcrnlund, Linda McFall and Linda Fernlund gave humo rous readings. Banasco, Lakeview, announce the betrothal and wedding in June of their daughter, Jolene Anne, to Daniel R. Segel. The bride-to-be is a graduate of University of Oregon where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, social sorority, and of Kwama and Phi Theta Upiilon, service honoraries. A special guest was Mabel '.!.'- theney, Eugene, district manager, who gave a brief talk.
