One of these new feathering brushes now comes with one well- known self-styling hair spray. This talented twosome makes hairstyl ing easy. Here's how to feather. First, hold up a lock of hair. Then stroke little tufts of it away with the feathering brush. Let the small strands drift down lightly. Now. spray the featnered strands, holding the containei about sev en inches away from the head so that only a fine mist dampens the hair.
