Woman To Face Charges Of Aggravated Assault Aggravated assault charges were filed in district court Friday against Julia Ann Pruitt, 22, 2514 South Sixth Street, accused of the March 2 beating of another wom an. ' Miss Pruitt was arraigned in district court Friday and was giv en until Monday morning to con sult a lawyer and enter a plea. The specific charge is assault and Star Remarries Former Hubby battery by means of force -likely to produce great bodily harm. It is a felony. The complaint against Miss Pruitt was signed by Mrs. Ar- lene Daughters, 22, 5418 Avalon Street, who claimed that Miss Pruitt hit her in the head and body, pulled her hair and twisted her arm. Mrs. Daughters was hospitalized with a broken arm and numerous cuts and abrasions. The assault allegedly occurred after the two women had argued in Miss Pruitt's South Sixth Street cabin. Miss Pruitt was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
