Chowder might have a . con densed mushroom soup base or start with any other of the other creamed soups chicken, eel ery, vegetable. Golden kernels of corn add color, excitement and texture contrast for the palate. Chowder is perfect served with cheese sticks or crackers and a jellied fruit salad.
