U'Pl) - A fu gitive murderer and bandit who jvas to have been placed on the TBI's list of 10 most wanted 'criminals Tuesday was identified today as one of two men who .Vere killed in an auto wreck at -U'ulsa Saturday night. . The FBI released the identity of Thomas Oliver Moore, 35, 'fullen, unbalanced criminal. The FBI had planned to publicly list Moore as one of its most wanted , Moore was found dead in the wreckage of an auto about 10. a.m Sunday, A companion was identified as E. B. Miller, 30, Lalayette, La. Moore and Miller were killed when their late model car ran through an intersection on a coun try road 3'.i miles north of Tulsa, crashed through a fence into a .pasture and overturned in a creek bed. . Authorities said a number of weapons and some ammunition Were in the car. Moore, tall, tattooed and trigger-happy, had been on the loose Since Oct. 6 when he escaped 'from the maximum security ward of Alabama's Atmore Prison. Hope and his troupe will visit Army, Navy and Air Force installations in Alaska to entertain American servicemen. Castro Warns Of Crackdown -'-v.r-Xee-r ICE SKATING facilities near Moore Park were opened to the public Saturday night and the rink was mobbed by more than 400 skaters of all ages. They and City Park and Recreation Department personnel waited patiently through spurts of thawing weather until the ice pack built finally to a six-inch depth. The rink features a big, wood-heated warm ing hut and a concession stand. Skating on th e 400 foot by 65 foot rink is free from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. nightly. The rink will close Christmas night. Police Seek Sly Promoter HANF0RD (UPI) Police, have issued an all-points bulletin for tile arrest of Samuel Rayburn Zehr, the promoter of a nonexis tent cotton-picking machine ac cused of leaving town with $44,446 in cash and a truckload of unpaid for home furnishings. Officers said Zchr left a trail of debts totaling $63,000. His prin-, cipal cash victim was identified as Dr. Arthur Ziesmer, a Hanford physician who invested $39,350 in the cotton gleaner Zchr said he planned to produce. Zchr, 36, and his wife, Jose phine, 33, were named in a felony complaint listing 13 counts - of grand theft and two counts of em bezzlement. Bail was set at $100, 000 on each count, a total of $1, 500.000 in all. Police said the Zehrs and their five children departed Thanksgiv ing night in a big truck loaded with everything movable, includ ing an expensive stereophonic rec ord player and an electric organ. "Just about every merchant in Hanford got hurt," Kings County Deputy Sheriff Harold McConnell said. "This guy was an extremely good talker. I have a report he also took a Pasadena doctor for $70,000 to develop a cancer machine." Among Zehr's victims was the Elco Manufacturing Company of Bakersfield, producer of house trailers. District Attorney Charles F. Leach said Elco was on the verge of bankruptcy because it never collected on a consignment ol trailers sent to Zehr. He said Zchr had sold the trailers on the installment plan and pocketed $5,096 of the initial payments. Leach said the other victims in eluded several clothing stores. to finance companies, shoe stores jewelers, and suppliers of male rials for spindle nuts Zehr manu factured for cotton-picking mach ines. "He made money simply by not paying for his materials or la bor," Leach said of the spindle nut enterprise. Mrs. Zehr was also active. She bought more than $500 worth of clothing just before the couple de parted, according to McConnell. The Prime Minister's promise came as antigovernment violence flared in the capital. In a television speech of almost three hours his fifth public speech in seven days Castro Sun day night told the Cuban people the next session of his cabinet will pass laws stripping all property from persons convicted of coun terrevolutionary activities. "They will lose their money. their houses and their lands," he thundered. Castro spoke at packed meeting of the commercial workers and barbers unions. He accused the rich of foment ing a counterrevolution and an in v.tsion trom abroad to regain their privileged status. Castro said a system of inform ers is operating throughout Cuba to point out the enemies of his revolution. Castro also moved Cuba closer to full nationalization of agricul ture by signing checks to buy all the sisal plantations owned by Cubans.
