Rioters Jailed FAX A MA (API Thirty to forty' Panamanian nationalist agitators were jailed here after a round-up of elements blamed for fomenting an anti-U.S. riot Saturday. The deinonstrators were led by ir0 members of a "motorcade ol sovereignty" from Chiriqui prov ince in western Panama.
