The assembly will be held April Zfi and 27, and the two-day con- ference will follow April 28 and 29. ..The assembly will be devoted to -training of incoming officers of the "clubs. And the conference is de 'signed to educate Rotarians and -Rotary Anns about the meanings of the service organization. - Featured speaker during the two 'Sessions will be Riley W. Doe of .Oakland, California, alternate member of the nominating com -mittee for president of Rotary In ternational last year and a former international director, Leslie White .of Albany, district governor, is also expected to speak. Registration is -scheduled at 10 a.m. April 26. on a statewide level, Stephenson said. Sir Winston To Visit Ike AUGUSTA. Ga. (UPD - The White House announced today that former British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill will visit Pres ident Eisenhower (or three days in May. The British leader has had long-standing invitation to visit his old friend of World War II and was forced to cancel a trip to Washington last year because of illness. The President and Mrs. Eisen hower will have Churchill as their White House guest May 4-5-6, and on May 7 Sir Winston will move to the British Embassy tor one night there before leaving Wash ington.
