The following recipe re veals its secret: LEMON MYSTERY PIE 9 inch baked lemon pie shell 1 cup sugar 2 tahlespoons cornstarch 1 envelope unflavored gelatin ( tablespoon) H teaspoon salt 2 tahlespoons grated lemon rind m cups water cup butter 1-3 cup fresh Sunkist lemon juice 4 to 6 drops yellow food col oring, it desired 1 packet meringue mix Make 9 inch baked lemon pie shell as directed on Betty Crocker Instant .Mixing Pie Crust Mix package except before mixing, add grated rind of W lemon. Combine sugar, cornstarch, gel atin, and salt in saucepan. Grad ually stir in water. Add butter and bring to rolling boil, stirring con stantly. Roil 1 minute. Remove from heal: stir in lemon rind. juice, and fond coloring. Chill un til mixture is partially set and mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Stir until smooth, i " baked pie shell. Chill about 3 hours or until set.
