Dewayne Kreager, director of the State De partment of Commerce and Eco nomic Development. Friday night urged passage of a bill to exempt ine sales tax under certain con ditions. "It is most justifiable bill in terms of what it can do for our border businessmen." Kreager told a House Revenue and Taxa tion Subcommittee hearing on HB418. The measure would exempt the sales tax on materials and labor used in the repair of personal out of state. The exemption would apply only when the property ia delivered outside of Washington.
