COFFEE CAKE 2 cups prepared biscuit mix 3 cup sugar 2-3 cup milk 3 tablespoons soft butter or margarine l'j tablespoons Folger's Instant Cot fee Place all ingredients except 1-3 cup milk in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add remaining 1-3 cup milk; beat oO seconds longer. Pour into ireascd and floured 8-inch square or oblong cake pan. MOCHA FLl'FF 1 envelope plain gelatin 4 cup cold water 2 tablespoons Folger's Instant Coffee 2 cups milk 4 egg yolks, beaten 1-3 cup suugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 teaspoon vanilla U teaspoon salt 4 egg whites, beaten 1-3 cup sugar Combine gelatin and water. Heat milk to boiling: add Folger's In stant Codec. Mix egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir into milk mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. To 1 cup of this mixture add chocolate pieces. Chill. Add gelatin to remaining custard with vanilla. Chill until partially set. Add salt and sugar to egg whites; beat until stiff. Beat '2 of egg whites into gelatin mixture. Fold in remaining whites. Spoon into sherbet glasses, tart shells or 8-inch pie shell. Spoon chocolate mixture over tup. or place choco late mixture in bottom of 8-inch mold with egg white mixture on top.
