She subse quently pleaded innocent to a charge of driving during a sus pended period and posted $200 bail. Mrs. Peterson's license was sus pended following a municipal court conviction for driving while intoxk cated last June. At that lime, officers said, her car struck a pedestrian. Mrs. W.
