(AP) Presi dent Eisenhower has put on the books new laws lightening tax loads in a few fields, increasing the national debt ceiling and pro viding 887 million dollars in edu cation aid. He has killed by pocket veto a bill to increase federal aid to air ports from the current 63 million dollars a year to 100 million, and continue it until the middle of 1962.
