McKinney Photo Paternity Suit Names Cowboy LOS ANGELES (AP) A former rodeo queen has asked Superior Court to name rodeo star Casey Tibbs the father of her 3-year-old daughter. Leah J. Conner's suit, filed Thursday, said Tibbs refused to nay expenses when the girl was born at Salem, Ore. Miss Conner said Tibbs has since paid her $820 tor support of the child. Miss Conner is a former queen of the Pendleton, Ore., roundup Tibbs, world champion cowboy in 1951 and 1955, appears in a rodeo here Sunday. He is from Fort Pierre, S.D. Special Deputy May Lose Post ST. LOUIS (API Barney Dand ridge, who refused to answer ques tions of the Senate Rackets Com mittee, probably never again will be hired as a special deputy con stable, a city official says. The 6-foot, 335-pound Dand ridge, 36, accused by investiga tors of serving on a 'teamsters: Union good squad here, resorted! to the .Fifth Amendment.
