UPP-Auburn authorities have captured a for ger, but they were not sure who It is. They said he had identification papers in his wallet positively identifying him as Lawrence Mil ton Hammer, or Laurence Mich ael Hammer or Allen Balati or Melvin Anelroh, who is 18, 21. 22 or 23 years old. They said he was an Army sergeant because he had an Army sergeant's uniform, or then again he was a Marine sergeant because he had a Marine unilorm or else he was discharged from me Marines because he had dis charge papers to prove it. He came from either Reno or Carson City, Nov., or else San franeisco, Oakland, Hay ward, Sacramento, CIrass Valley. Truc kee, Kings Beach or Tahoe City, Calif., depending upon which set of papers you believed. Authorities promised to put him in a single jail cell where pre sumably he may be able to pull himself together. ROK's Capture Commie Gunboat SEOUL. Korea AP) A South Korean patrol boat captured a heavily armed Communist gun boat that was going to land seven agents in South Korea, the Navy said Saturday. The 20-ton vessel was intercept ed Thursday 40 miles off Sokcho City, which is 30 miles sout of the demilitarized rnne dividing North and South Korea.
