Thomas Boland of fered the 11 a.m. nuptial mass and oificiated at the double ring cere mony in the presence of the fam ily and close friends. The bride was escnrled down Ihe aisle by her stepfather. Waller Bray. She wore a lull-skirled bal lerina length gown of white nylon lace designed wilh a bateau neck- ' line. Her fingertip veil of illusion net was held by a tiara of seed pearls, and her jewelry included a pearl necklace and earrings. She carried a white prayer hook topped wilh a white orchid and slephano tis lied with narrow white satin streamers. Bochelle Grazier of Yreka, Ihe bride's attendant, wore an orchid nylon chilfon gown fashioned wilh a full ballerina lenclh skirl, shirred bodice and capped sleeves. She wore an orchid colored Juliele cap of twisted nylon and carried a colonial bouquet of orchid colored carnations. David Favero was best man for his hrolher. . The reception took place al Ihe Drine s home in Montague. Focal point o( Ihe reception table was a two-tiered cake lopped wilh minia ture bride and bridegroom tiguiTS. Pink candles set in crystal cande lahra and pink rosebuds completed . the table appointments. After . the newlyweds had cut the lirst slice of cake, refresh menls were served by Ihe bride's mother, assisted by Mrs. Henley Clawson at Ihe punch bowl and collee service. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Bray chose a soil gray or lon chemise Irimmcd in while and white accessories. Mrs. Fave ro wore a navy blue afternoon dress with black accessories. Both women wore gardenia corsages. Following the reception, the new Mrs. Favero changed to a navy blue dress with white accessories (or Ihe brief wedding trip to the coast. Forty relatives and close friends witnessed Ihe ceremony. The bride wore a while taffeta ballerina length dress and carried a bouquet of pink rosebuds and stephannlis. Pavilt Newnhain performed best man dimes. For traveling, the bride wore a tan summer suit with brown ac cessories and a pink rosebud cor sago. The young couple will make their home at Newport, Oregon. Shirley is a graduate of Bonanza High School and Oregon Technical Institute, and she worked as dental technician at Vancouver, Washinglon, before her marriage. June 9, in Alturas Federated Church, the Rev. Karl E. Olson, officiant. Rhea wore the tradi lional blue garter and lucky pen ny in her shoe, and her pearl necklace was borrowed from her sister, and matron-of-honor, Mrs. Carroll Moulton. The pink and white color scheme was also featured in the identical frocks of four attendants. All were of pink dacrnn batiste in street length, with pink lace bodices. Ac cessories were white, and the nose gay bouquets were pink. The pearl necklaces and white nylon rIovps were gitls from Ihe bride to the attendants. In addition to Mrs. Moulton, the girls included Karen Byington, Phyllis Ashcraft and Diana Shaw. The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. John VanDenBerg of Paonia. Colorado, had for his best man Ihe bride's brother-in-law. Car roll Moulton. Ushers were Rickey Lee. Jim Stewart, Glenn Wells and David Elliott. A miniature replica of the bride s attendants was her sister little Barbara Garrett, who was (lower girl. Candlelighters were her young cousins, Mike and Larry Garrett. The elaborate, three-tiered wed ding cake, baked by Mrs. Norma Blalnck, was placed on a mirror- pond setting of white swans and wedding bells. Cutting and serv ing the cake were aunts of the bride. Mrs. George Garrett, Mrs, Bud Garrett and Mrs. Marvin Moulton. Cotfee and punch were served by Mrs. Hoy Heneiiel, Mrs. Norman Bond and Mrs. Glen Grindstatf. Judith Snider and Carole Kubat circulated the guest book; at the lift table, Carole Kubat was as- isted by Mrs. Lane Thornton Mrs. Clarence Byington and San dra Mulkey. Rhea was a graduate of the Lakeview High School in the June, 1958 class, following four years of student body activities which in cluded several class and student body offices. She was also promi nent in many 4-H projects, and was queen of the 1957 Lake Coun ty Roundup.
