Designed by Conny of Alcoa, the love bird mobile uses Alcoa Wrap aluminum foil and few extras that are inexpensive and readily obtainable. CLEVER MOBILE The season for bridal showers end weddings is upon us. Here is a clever, inexpensive- decoration for that special occasion that will make the party a memorable one. Using aluminum foil, some ar tificial flowers, a few pieces of thread and some red paper, Conny of Alcoa has designed an attrac tive mobile to be hung over the buffet table. The mobile starts with a wreath about 12 inches across. This is made by crushing a length of foil about 48 inches long, into a circle. Join the circle by overlapping the two ends of the foil strip. Attach to this wreath small bunches of pink and red artificial flowers. Suspend the wreath by thin thread from a chandelier over the buffet table. Paste to the thread some hearts cut from red, paper. Glittering birds hang from the wreath. These are made by cutting 8-inch long bird shapes from dou ble-thick foil. Wings are three strips of foil one-half inch wide. Bring the ends of each strip to gether to form a loop, securing by folding the foil twice. Lach loop is then pinched together at the center to form two loops. Now, cut a slit about three - quarters of an inch long in each bird, at the top center. InscrU the three loops at the folded point allowing them to point backwards. Repeat this operation for five SPACE SHIPS they can eat, too, male a wonderful sum mertime dessert for the younger crowd. Party-Pale multi colored flare top cones provide a variety of colors for the turret. This is just one way to incorporate these de licious cones into treats for the youngsters.
