Ia Hospital A Dorris man, George Wise, is in good condition in Hillside Hospital, where he is being treated for an upper respira tory ailment, attendants said. Wise became ill Saturday and was taken to the hospital by his wife, Rose. Rummage Sale Keno PTA will sponsor a rummage sale in the building across from the Keno Cafe, Friday, October 25, 12 noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday, S a.m. to 5 p.m. Twyla Ferguson Parents and Patrons will meet Thursday, October 24, 7:30 p.m. at the school gymnasium. Seventy-nine died in the wreck age. The surviving injured now total 112. Most of the casualties all Turks were aboard a local diesel train bound for Istanbul from Edirne. The local smashed into the Simplon-Balkan Express, headed from Istanbul for Europe. Police said they were holding the stationmastcrs or the two sta tions between which the wreck oc curred to determine if either had been negligent. This represents an increaso of more than 33 million dollars in deposits since the bank's last statement of condition report on June 6, 1957. The Klamath Falls branch re ported deposits of $14,342,897.79, announced L. C. Offield, manager. Total resources for Oregon s statewide banking system stood at $821,973,576.93 on October 11 an increase of more than 31 million dollars since the last report. Loans and discounts were re ported totaling $338,187,702.24 or more than 14 million dollars ahead of last June. Loans and discounts for the: Klamath Falls branch stood at , $6,796,497.00. according to Oflield. U. S. Told he was five blocks from the hotel, the Prince said to his companions, "Let's get out and walk."
