Department officials and their consulting seismologist. Dr. Perry Byerly ot the university, have in spected the dam site. Theodore Neuman, engineer in charge of the Feather River Proj ect, said the earthquake recording equipment would provide valuable data on earth movements near the dam both prior to and follow ing construction. Such data will be necessary in design of the struc ture, the largest concrete dam in the world. James Overdorff, assist ant pastor of the First Presbyter ian Church, will fill the pulpit of Peace Memorial Church at 8 a.m, Sunday in observance of Reforma tion Sunday.
