Mexico Rescue Teams Arrive MEXICO CITY (UP Rescue trams which reached Mexico's atorm-bnttered Pacific Coast re ported today a death toll of 50 in one town which was "literally bur ied ' by mud and debris. Many other sections of the three state West Coast area flooded by a violent storm which blew in oft the Pacific three days ago re mained inaccessible today. Red Cross teams were flown to the town of Atenqulque In Jalisco fctate and reported the "whole place" was covered by mud with "only the church steeple show ing." The teams said 50 bodies had been recovered In Ateiuiulnue. At Mexico City, officials said they had had no communications with the little coastal state of Co lima for more than two days. It was reported "virtually all under Water." Rescue workers said Tuesday night -they were unable to get with in more than 15 miles of Colima City because ot wrshed-out bridges and Inundated roads. Authorities hi Michoacnn State also said no word had been re ceived from a number of towns and villages caught In the sudden Hoods. Tuesday posted Its customary l,000 reward for Infor mation leading to the arrest and conviction of the man who held up a Portland bank Monday and got J3.285. Police continued their search for the gunman Tuesday, asking police in neighboring states to be on the lookout for two automobiles. One is a black Cadillac with Michigan license plates the other a Bulck with California license plates. Witnesses said that occupants of each car resembled the holdup man. Painter Begins ) Drunk Sentence - John L. Fuller. 49-year-old Eu gene painter, started serving I9Ti days In Klamath County Jail Wednesday after he was unable to pay a $400 fine for driving while intoxicated. Fuller was sentenced by Acting District Judge George Proctor.
