Welch added that the motion lor an extension to October 1 had been filed in Harney County Circuit Court but he had not been in formed whether Judge M. A. Biggs, who presided at the Anderson trial, had approved another delay. Anderson has been held in the Klamath County Jail since his con viction. Judge Biggs permitted his transfer to Klamath Palls after it was shown that the Harney County Jail in Burns does not provide maximum security. The case was tried In Burns after Circuit Judge David R. Vandenberg of Klamath Falls sustained a mo tion for a change of venue.
